SEOBook: Google recently launched a new Google AdWords Keyword Suggestion Tool [you have to be logged in for the link to work & it may not be available in all accounts yet], which is much more usable than their older Google AdWords Keyword Sandbox.

Randy: The new tools has two tabs, one for finding new keywords from a given keyword and a second for finding new keywords for a given Webpage URL. Further, there are three views; Keywords only, Keywords popularity and Cost estimates. These can give you a high-level feel for how much traffic you can expect and how much it's gonna cost you. .
