Sitemap User: I submitted a sitemap for http://www.patridiots.com last night and today at about 10 a.m. the hits from Google STOPPED. [cut] I was on page one, two or three for hundreds of searches because the blog has almost 2,000 posts and many are on issues people search on. As a result, I got three or four hundred hits from Google a day. Today I have had one hit since 10 a.m.
Randy: If you haven't heard it before from me, then it's worth repeating.
Don't use Google Sitemaps unless you are certain it won't hurt. It's Beta.
