I had a free credit of $25 and figured WTH. I started creating my add, but before I could finish it crapped out and I lost all the data I entered. I tried restarting and it crapped out at the 1st click. I tried finding the ads and they weren't in the Ads Manager. I don't think Google has anything to worry about.
